temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate any user's right to use
or access all or any part of the TrotterforCongress.com Site without notice,
for any reason, in Trotter for Congress Campaign’s sole discretion.

for the content of any messages or questions posted by individuals utilizing
the Trotter Blog.
The Trotter for Congress Campaign takes no responsibility
for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the
TrotterforCongress.com Site.

the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on any linked websites. Inclusion
of any linked website on TrotterforCongress.com does not imply approval or

waive and give up any and all claims or causes of action which may arise

Blog Terms of Usage
By using the Trotter for Congress Campaign’s blog and all
social properties (“Trotter Blog”), you hereby agree to the Terms of Usage set
forth below, which shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of
your use.
Appropriate Uses
Trotter Blog is for individual use only, for the
discussion of political issues and related topics of interest. Trotter Blog shall not be used for any other
purpose, be it personal, commercial, or otherwise.
You agree that all submitted postings will be made in
accordance with all applicable laws – federal, state and local.
Comments should be kept to the topic of the original post
and should be constructive and respectful.
Offensive, harmful, obscene, indecent, illegal, abusive, libelous and
defamatory comments or comments otherwise contrary to these Terms of Usage will
not be tolerated.
Postings
The Trotter Campaign for Congress is in no way responsible
for the content of any messages or questions posted by individuals utilizing
the Trotter Blog. You are solely
responsible for the content of any material you submit for posting on, or in
any way make available on or through, Trotter Blog.
The Trotter Campaign for Congress retains the right to
review and remove any content submitted for posting to Trotter Blog that the
Trotter Campaign for Congress, in its sole discretion, deems to be
inappropriate, offensive, harmful, obscene, indecent, illegal, abusive,
libelous or defamatory, or is otherwise contrary to these Terms of Usage. The Trotter Campaign of Congress further
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a user’s privilege to
post content on our site.
Intellectual Property Rights
No user may post to, or provide through, Trotter Blog any
material or content that in any manner violates the copyright, trademark,
patent or other intellectual property right of another.
Subsequent Use
By posting any content to Trotter Blog, you grant to the
Trotter Campaign for congress an unrestricted license to use, modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt,
create derivative works of, distribute, transfer or sell any such content, for
any purpose, including commercial purposes, without any payment to you, in any
type of media or in any type of form now known or later developed. In addition, you agree to waive and give up
any claim that any use of such content violates any of your rights, including
privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights or any other right, including
the right to approve the way TrotterforCongress.com uses such content.
Liability
Although the Trotter for Congress Campaign will attempt to
remove postings the contents of which are not in accordance with these Terms of
Usage, you expressly waive your right to any damages in any way related to
exposure to content posted on Trotter Blog by any party other than the Trotter
for Congress Campaign. The Trotter for
Congress Campaign will, under no circumstances, be responsible for any loss,
damages, or other injuries resulting from any third party’s use of Trotter
Blog.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Trotter for Congress
Campaign harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, claims,
damages, costs and/or actions (including attorney’s fees) based on or arising
from any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms of Usage.

will be effective upon posting by the Trotter for Congress Campaign to this

Use of Trotter Blog is also subject to the Trotter for
Congress Campaign Privacy Policy.
Children’s Use
In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act
of 1998, the Trotter for Congress Campaign does not ask for any personal
information from children under the age of thirteen (13), nor does it knowingly
collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
Termination
Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms of Usage, the
Trotter for Congress Campaign reserves the right, without further notice and in
our sole discretion, to terminate any and all of the TrotterforCongress.com
service and to block or prevent future access to and use of
TrotterforCongress.com.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Usage is held to be
invalid, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of
Usage and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
